LouLou Beach House – Forresters Beach
Set above the ocean at Forresters Beach, LouLou Beach House is a private luxury coastal residence frequently used as a high-end holiday home and Airbnb retreat. The outdoor spaces required a premium landscape solution that would maintain a pristine appearance year-round while complementing the architectural style of the home.
Statement Entryway
Roc n’ Roll Synthetic Grass was engaged to install NomoCool 40 synthetic grass, selected for its natural appearance, durability and cooling technology, making it ideal for poolside and high-traffic recreational areas.
Elevated Materials
A custom curved corten steel garden bed was also fabricated and installed alongside the home. This feature element required precise shaping and installation to achieve the smooth flowing curves while maintaining structural stability and clean lines.
Unity
The installation was carefully integrated into the existing pool terrace and surrounding landscape to create a soft, clean transition between the hardscape and garden areas while maintaining uninterrupted ocean views.
